SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
After the Bell Apparel Co. products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for production and order processing before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Current standard shipping rates include:
• Contiguous United States: approximately $7.95–$8.00
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: $13.99
Free shipping or promotional shipping may be available when displayed at checkout. The shipping option and price shown during checkout will apply to your order.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Most orders are expected to arrive approximately 6–8 business days after being placed. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some products are produced and shipped by different fulfillment locations. Orders containing multiple product types may arrive in separate packages and may display combined shipping charges during checkout. Tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.
TRACKING
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to activate and update the tracking information.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. After the Bell Apparel Co. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or replacement costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted with the order.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at afterthebellapparelco@gmail.com with your order number.
Packages marked delivered should first be checked with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the shipping carrier. We will assist with eligible carrier claims or replacement requests when possible.
